Martin has spent the majority of his life working in some form of leadership capacity or another. After finishing his second masters' degrees, Martin moved to California where he began working at Intel Corporation. Since joining Intel in the late 1990’s, he has gained an in depth knowledge of various areas of interest and relevance to iLine's goals.

During this time, Martin has also added a formidable list of acting and producing credits to his name as well. His work includes over 25 theater productions, some 20 movie productions, four director credits and multiple producing credits. A few of his favorite stage roles are: A Doll’s House (Torvald); Twilight Zone (The Captain); Time of Our Life (Nick); Waiting for Godot (Lucky); Hurlyburly (Eddie); Bash (John); A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Bottom); Othello (Cassio); The Seagull (Konstantin Treplev); Dancing at Lughnasa (Michael); Death of a Salesman (Biff), and The Lion in Winter (Richard the Lionheart). His favorite movie rolls where he star or co-starred include: Blur; Straight 8; The Fight; Ewigkeit; The Flip Side; Fear of Darkness, and those yet to be created!

Martin has exhibited his drive for excellence and success throughout his life. After being inducted into the Indiana High School Football Hall of Fame, Martin was awarded a full-ride quarterback scholarship to a division-1 school. At 20 years of age, he worked as a Senate Intern for senior Senator Richard G. Lugar in Washington, DC; additionally that year, he worked as a lobbyist at the American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC). He followed up his tenure in DC, working for the mayor of Muncie, IN. In between MBA years, Martin spent over a year in South Korea teaching English. While he was there, he negotiated the upstart of an import/export business with the president of a small conglomerate.
